Mark is the founder and Principal Lawyer at Schreuders, and is recognised by his peers as an authority on compensation law in Australia. A veteran compensation lawyer, Mark was admitted as a Solicitor at the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1994. In 2004, he was awarded the NSW Law Society Specialist Accreditation on his first attempt. A trained mediator, skilled negotiator, and inspired leader, Mark leads a team of specialised personal injury lawyers across New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Queensland. Mark has helped thousands of personal injury victims get the damages they are entitled to. In one case, Schreuders recorded one of the largest ever settlements for a CTP claim in Queensland with in excess of $9.5 million being awarded in damages. After hours, Mark mentors a host of young entrepreneurs and is a proud ambassador of the White Ribbon Foundation.
Angy is a Paralegal to Senior Solicitor, Nilofar Rahmani. A reliable all-rounder, Angy works directly with Nilofar on all components of a claim, from new client sign-ups to processing final settlements. Being highly organised and sufficient in carrying out all tasks, she is a strong asset to Schreuders. Angy is an enthusiastic team member and provides a personal experience for all clients, this is showcased in her bilingual skills for our Arabic speaking clients, making their journey an easy experience. Prior to entering the legal profession, Angy completed a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management. She is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the Western Sydney University. Angy enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends on weekends.
Albert is currently studying for his Juris Doctor at the University of New South Wales. He boasts local and international experience in the not-for-profit and NGO sectors, and received a Distinction on completion of his Bachelor of International Studies (BInSt) in International Relations from the University of New South Wales. At Schreuders, Albert provides our Public Liability team with expert paralegal assistance. Albert is fluent in Mandarin and after hours, Albert is a keen motorcyclist and an unapologetic sports nut.
Nell is currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Technology, Sydney. At Schreuders, Nell assists with a number of Schreuders’ practice areas including Public Liability, Motor Vehicle Accident, Medical Negligence, and Workers’ Compensation claims, as well as welcoming new clients to the firm. Nell’s friendly nature, professionalism and genuine interest in helping people navigate their compensation claims make her the perfect fit for Schreuders. Outside work, Nell dedicates her time and expertise to a range of environmental and welfare issues. She completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2011 and was awarded the Ab Initio Prize for Japanese.
